3. Platform Nature of Services

Mobycart operates as a buyback and device acquisition platform. Inspections, logistics, pickup, payment processing, or refurbishment support may be carried out directly by Mobycart or through authorized service partners.

4. Device Ownership Declaration

• You are the legal owner of the device.
• The device is not stolen, lost, blacklisted, counterfeit, or fraudulently obtained.
• The device is free from finance claims, pledges, liens, or disputes.
• The IMEI / serial number has not been altered or tampered with.

5. Price Quotes & Final Valuation

Any price shown on our website is an estimated quote. Final value may change after physical inspection based on cosmetic condition, functional condition, battery health, original parts status, lock status, damage, accessories, and market demand.

6. Pickup & Inspection

If pickup is available in your area, a representative may inspect the device, run diagnostics, request ID proof, and offer revised pricing if the condition differs from declared details.

7. Payment Terms

Upon successful verification and acceptance, payment may be made via UPI, bank transfer, or other approved methods. Payment timelines may vary due to banking systems, holidays, network delays, fraud checks, or operational issues.

8. Your Data Responsibility

9. Prohibited Uses
